This is my third visit to the City View. Each time my room was super clean and staff were friendly. This last visit I was able to get a coffee and croissant from the breakfast bar. Normally I need to leave much earlier before they open up the lobby. They now have renovated rooms which were lovely. I have attached the photos. Simple place to sleep and rest. Will go back again.

This place is the best bang for buck anywhere in this region The place has been around awhile Considering what you are paying this place is excellent Rooms were clean and comfortable Check in was quick and easy And the fact that breakfest was included was awesome The little set up outside away from the rooms for people who wanted stay up a little and not annoy there neighbors is a fantastic idea I whole heartedly recommend this place to stay
Had a lovely stay at The City View Inn in Burlington. I was attending a conference near by and needed an affordable place to stay for just a couple days. The rooms were clean, warm, and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. I can't say enough good things about the staff! They were all so kind and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay.
My room was very clean, basic but the bed was comfortable, fresh linens, lots of natural light and incredibly quiet. I was most impressed with the staff. Incredibly friendly and accommodating. Also you have fresh coffee and real coffee cream available in the morning. Fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal available for breakfast. It's not fancy but great service, cleanliness and a quiet location. Room is basically worth what you paid for, we got it for $90 for 1 night. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only two issues we had were that there was no iron but that's minimal and the AC was not blowing cold air (it was an extremely hot day). The motel is near to the highway. Restaurants are maybe 10-15 mins away but it wasn't an issue for us.
The staff are very polite and professional. The room is very good especially given the price of the night. Was worried about bad reviews but my room was clean and everything fine.
Phenomenal value. Certainly a basic motel. But more amenities then say Motel 6. So clean. Can't say enough and nice spots outside where you can sit or even use the grille. Staff very pleasant.
